Q1: What is the Gift Card Program all about?

Well, after receiving numerous customer requests to purchase gift cards, we went hunting for great options that value our commitment to great customer service.

We not only found a Gift Card program, but it also doubles as a loyalty rewards program, that beats out paying with other methods - including CASH! For every purchase that you make using your gift card (which is re-loadable, by the way), you instantly earn points towards a future purchase.

Q2: How do I purchase a gift card?

Drop by our store to purchase your gift card in person. You can purchase your card using: cash, credit/debit card, or apple/android pay.

Q3: Is there a minimum amount to purchase a gift card?

Yes, we require a $10 minimum purchase.

Q4: How do you earn points?

You can earn points on every purchase that you make. Each time you make a purchase in-store using your gift card, you will automatically earn points in the form of dollar value. Points are automatically converted to cash rewards linked to your gift card.

Q5: How do I redeem my rewards?

No need to perform any action. It's that easy! The program automatically adds your earned value to your card and is ready to use for your next purchase.

Q6: How does the automatic re-load function work?

After you purchase your gift card in store and register it online, you will have the option to set up the automatic reload function. If your balance falls below a designated amount, your card will automatically reload for any specific amount you elect using the available online payment methods through the portal.

To make use of this function, log on to your gift card account and choose "reload" from the menu. Check the box labeled "Auto-reload" and the reload function will be turned on for your account. You can choose to have it reload through a variety of re-occuring payment methods

The program also has a great feature that allows you to "Go-Mobile" allowing you to leave your card at home. Simply log on to your account and select from the drop-down menu "Go-Mobile" and follow the prompts.

We are strongly leaning towards going cashless as it not only cuts down on staff having to touch dirty cash, but it also streamlines operations and customer experience. Plus, cash doesn't generate cash value the way that our rewards program does!
