Q1. How do I order? Will I receive it same day?

Milk orders are NOT taken in store at our register. Milk orders must be be placed through our website. Click on "ORDER ONLINE". It's easy and takes less than 2 minutes to complete your order.

Q2. If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

A2: We work hard to process your order as soon as we receive it. However, if the order is placed late in the day, it may not be ready for pickup until the follow day.

Our online system does allow for you to place your order in advance. Just pick the day you would like to pick up. We won't make your order until the day it is scheduled for pickup. You will receive an email once your milk is ready to pick up.

Q3: What is the shelf life of your milks?

A3: Our milks are raw with no additives or preservatives. The best by date will vary depending on how cold your refrigeration is kept, whether you store your milk on the shelf or on the door (storing it on the door reduces the shelf life as it spends time out of proper temperature every time you open the door).

On average, we have noticed a 5-7 day (in some cases up to 10days) shelf life.

Q4: What ingredients are in the milks?

We ONLY use two ingredients in all of our house made milks. The nut (or oat) itself plus filtered water. So, for example, Almond Milk is simply: Filtered Water + Almonds.

We also source all of our nuts locally from a second, generation Houstonian with the best quality in mind.

Q5: Can I purchase a larger size?

A5: We only produce small batches and sell by the quart (32oz). Each quart is made specifically for your order. If you would like a larger size, we recommend purchases several quart sizes.

Q6: What types of milks do you offer?

A6: We can make any milk you'd like so long as we carry the nut in the bakery? Like the walnuts we use in the Apricot Oat Biscotti? It's the same walnuts we use to make milk with. We have carried everything from walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts, and even macadamia nuts.
