Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie (Dairy-free)
All you need to make this smoothie is 4 ingredients: fresh bananas & Blonde Biscotti's Peanut Non-dairy Milk!
Makes 1 16oz Smoothie.

2 large fresh bananas, sliced (we like to slice & freeze a whole bunch ahead of time, pre-portioned)
1-2 TBSP dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 TBSP dark maple syrup
1 cup (8oz) Blonde Biscotti Peanut Non-Dairy Milk
1. Place your sliced bananas, cocoa powder, and maple syrup (add one tablespoon as a time, you can always add more at the end to sweeten to your liking) to a medium sized blender.
2. Pour 1 cup (8oz) of peanut milk on top.
3. Cover the lid and blend until smooth/desired consistency.
While using fresh bananas is tasty, but we found that slicing and freezing fresh bananas ahead of time makes this smoothie even better! It not only makes it taste colder, but it super quick and easy. TO CUT AND FREEZE AHEAD: simply slice your bananas and lay across a pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid and cold (at least 4hrs - overnight is better). Then peel away from the parchment paper and toss into a freezer safe container - we like to use bags that are portioned to make one smoothie.
