Blonde Biscotti decided to sell its retail location on West Gray St to transition from "Blonde Biscotti - Coffee & Cookies" to "Blonde Biscotti Baking Co."

During 2023, Chef Toni began translating our commercial Soft-Baked Biscotti recipes into At-Home Baking Mixes to launch into retail stores nationwide. Soon our beloved biscotti will be available to purchase nationwide.
